Our Spa Concierge … makes the magic happen by providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight!
Spa Concierge’s Interact positively with guests, make and confirm spa reservations, record and track guest payments, answer the phones and provide knowledgeable customer service about spa treatments and fitness programs, locker procedures, greet and check members as well as hotel guests in at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients.
- Ensures the "5 Diamond Experience" by maintaining the AquaVie Fitness & Wellness Club standards.
- Assist with the development and monitoring of memberships.
- Responsible for thorough understanding and effective performance of Point of Sales System.
- Demonstrate and sell products, cross promote services and upgrade services.
- Maintain common areas for optimal guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Inventory management.
- Book all spa and personal training appointments in a timely manner.
- Balances all cash, check, credit card payments processed during shift.
- Perform facility walk through every 15 minutes to ensure all equipment in in working order and that area is in an orderly fashion.
- Fill out daily shift reports.
- Responds to all requests and follow through to assure satisfactory outcome.
- Offers client assistance when needed whenever possible.
- Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with AquaVie Fitness & Wellness Club.
- Involves cross training into the other areas of operation.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests using AquaVie Fitness & Wellness Club approved terminology.
- Adheres to policies of the facility.
- Reports any incident or accident to the AquaVie Fitness & Wellness Club Manager.
- Attend all staff meetings.
- Assist AquaVie Fitness & Wellness Club Manager to support public relations requests for the facility and respond to all media leads.
Qualifications:
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
- Can think outside the box to offer new ideas, concepts, solutions, etc
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
- Normal work hours: Varied to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong team player.
- Familiar working in a luxury fitness environment.
