The Westin Dallas Park Central is looking for our next great team member to join us on our Rooms Department team to fill the position of Group Rooms Coordinator:

    Here is what you will be doing each day:

    In this role, you will administer the operational and system processes for coordinating group arrival and departure. This includes verification of reservations, online bookings and rooming lists. Provide ongoing communication between the client, the hotel and the commercial team ensuring all operational details are met.

    Does this sound like you?

    You have strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and analytical skills, good judgement and proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management, 2 years of experience in a similar position and able to work with Minimum supervisor. Knowledge of the Marriott Brand systems a plus. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job.
