Position Summary: The primary duties of the Bell Person / Van Driver are to help with the check-in / check-out processes, and to accommodate guests during their stay in a pleasant and efficient manner. This role will also assist in transportation as necessary. Responsible for helping guests into and out of the property to the best of his or her ability, and for providing delivery of items to guests on an as needed basis. This role will also transport guests to and from required destinations as needed.
Qualification, Education & Experience Standards:
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or a related field.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English.
