The primary function of Cook II is to prepare high quality food to order for guests based on established guidelines, keeping the work area clean and organized and conduct his or herself in a positive professional manner. The Cook II is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of food items for all outlets and for maintaining a level of professionalism in the kitchen.
Must have reliable transportation.
The rate for Cook II is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.
Qualification, Education & Experience Standards:
- At least 3 years of cooking experience in a hotel or related field.
- Previous experience in Banquets, line cooking and fair knowledge of fine dining.
- Culinary training in a college program preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English.
