What You'll Do :
- Greet guests with a warm welcome, creating memorable check-in and check-out experiences.
- Handle internal and external calls with expertise and efficiency, ensuring every inquiry is met with care.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver above-and-beyond service that exceeds expectations.
- Keep the magic behind the scenes running smoothly by dispatching Service Express Runners and hotel staff via two-way radio.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, maintaining attention to detail.

Employment Type : Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate : $22 / hour potential commissions
Schedule : 8hr shifts, 5 days / week, both AM and PM shifts
