Westwood Country Club is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team! If you enjoy the outdoors, appreciate the game of golf, and want to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, we’d love to meet you. This role offers flexible scheduling, making it ideal for recent retirees or those looking for less than 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily golf course and clubhouse maintenance tasks
• Maintain course conditions through mowing, trimming, bunker maintenance, divot repair, and landscaping
• Assist with course setup to ensure an exceptional experience for members
• Work flexible shifts, including 23 weekday mornings and one weekend morning per week (additional hours available if desired)

What We’re Looking For:

• Team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills to maintain WCC’s high course standards
• Physically capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting 25 lbs, and performing consistent walking, bending, and twisting
• Prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation is necessary
