We sell their services / packages to help them scale faster while changing as many people’s lives as possible. The main verticals we service are in the online, digital marketing based community with companies that have educational programs that teach high paying skill sets, referred to as “alternative education.” We sell a range of transformative programs including business consulting and programs that teach investing in real estate. Position Overview :
The Sales Director is a critical role in our sales management infrastructure. Each Sales Director oversees several key accounts based on size, sales volume, and overall workload. Responsibilities include overseeing pipeline management, conducting call reviews, evaluating rep performance, ensuring CRM data accuracy, identifying training opportunities, and suggesting operational improvements to maximize sales.
You SHOULD apply to this role if :
- You have sales management experience managing large teams.
- You have extensive experience working in lead generation businesses.
- You excel in managing both qualitative (culture, training) and quantitative (data, metrics) aspects of sales.
- You have experience driving efficiency through tech stack and processes.
- You have managed sales teams in the high ticket alternative education space (huge plus).
- You understand sales enablement and can contribute to sales material.
- You know how to lead and motivate high-intensity sales teams.
- You are comfortable with sales tech and spreadsheets.
- You understand the importance of establishing a feedback loop with marketing.
- You enjoy fast-paced, energetic environments.
- You LOVE learning new things and having fun.
