WFS Group is a fast-paced, high-performance sales agency that provides what is referred to as “done for you sales” services to our clients. We sell their services / packages to help them scale faster while changing as many people’s lives as possible. The main verticals we service are in the online, digital marketing based community with companies that have educational programs that teach high paying skill sets, referred to as “alternative education.” We sell a range of transformative programs including business consulting and programs that teach investing in real estate. Bespoke alternative education is a multi-billion dollar industry and growing, and you can be a part of this opportunity.

Position Overview :

The Sales Director is a critical role in our sales management infrastructure. Each Sales Director oversees several key accounts based on size, sales volume, and overall workload. Responsibilities include overseeing pipeline management, conducting call reviews, evaluating rep performance, ensuring CRM data accuracy, identifying training opportunities, and suggesting operational improvements to maximize sales.

You SHOULD apply to this role if :

  • You have sales management experience managing large teams.
  • You have extensive experience working in lead generation businesses.
  • You excel in managing both qualitative (culture, training) and quantitative (data, metrics) aspects of sales.
  • You have experience driving efficiency through tech stack and processes.
  • You have managed sales teams in the high ticket alternative education space (huge plus).
  • You understand sales enablement and can contribute to sales material.
  • You know how to lead and motivate high-intensity sales teams.
  • You are comfortable with sales tech and spreadsheets.
  • You understand the importance of establishing a feedback loop with marketing.
  • You enjoy fast-paced, energetic environments.
  • You LOVE learning new things and having fun.

You SHOULD NOT apply to this role if :

  • You are NOT an independent thinker.
  • You lack experience managing sales teams through data and forecasts.
  • You haven’t managed a sales team with at least 5 sales reps.
  • You find it uninteresting to help sales teams grow rapidly.
  • You struggle with CRM systems and managing reports.
  • You are not willing to seek personal development.
  • Major Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate lead flow ratios and rep capacity daily.
  • Work closely with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives.
  • Track and monitor sales reps’ pipelines.
  • Manage CRM to prevent missed opportunities.
  • Run daily sales syncs.
  • Create sales trainings for the training center.
  • Enforce adherence to sales process SOPs.
  • Review and analyze call recordings for training purposes.
  • Strategize deals with sales reps to increase sales.
  • Maintain projections and manage sales quotas.
  • Track and evaluate sales rep performance.
  • Exemplify the WFS core values.
  • Review end of day reports from sales reps.
  • Attend account status meetings.
  • Study account offers / product knowledge.
  • Communicate staffing needs based on capacity and performance.
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring new sales reps.
  • Onboard, train, and ramp new sales reps.
  • Identify sales enablement assets and process improvements.
  • Work with sales integrators on data, reporting, and CRM accuracy.
  • Communicate tech-related tasks to sales integrators.
  • Take complete revenue ownership.

    Pay : $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
