What are the responsibilities and job description for the FT Utilities Project Lead position at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach?
Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain BBQ’s, pool, lobby, corridors, and hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner:
- Clean common areas of the facility.
- Cleans the pool deck sun deck area and shower stalls.
- Cleans and arranges lounge chairs and cabanas.
- Cleans BBQs and arranges BBQ tables and chairs.
- Cleans and polishes signs and metal fixtures.
- Assists in preparation of complimentary drinks.
- Maintains cleanliness of recycling areas parking garage and loading dock.
- Periodically checks and transports bins for trash pick-up.
- Assists with Cleaning Projects
- Reports to the utility supervisor
- Leads the team in the absence of the Utilities/Housekeeping Supervisor
Requirements
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
