Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Human Resource Director
Summary: Liaison to the Human Resource Director and the Sr. Accountant to streamline the administrative needs of the Restaurant and Hotel by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
HR Liaison
· Work with HR department to ensure all forms and paperwork are completed in a timely fashion
· Assists with onboarding for all new hires starting during your shifts
· Conduct employee orientations
· Coordinate with Department Heads to create onboarding and training scheduling
· Assist with Benefit administration
· Assists with translation, mediation and interpretation as it pertains to HR related materials and tasks
· Filing and general office tasks
Accounting Liaison:
· Assist with the completion of weekly and monthly financial reporting
· Maintaining & Ordering office supplies/inventory
· Data Entry, filing and scanning
· Assists with translation and interpretation as it pertains to payroll issues
· Assist the Sr. Accountant and bookkeeper as needed.
Schedule:
This is a part time position consisting of 20 – 25 day time hours that will require a flexible schedule.

Preferred Qualification:
Bilingual Spanish/English
Accounting/Human Resource background
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, benefit material, policy and procedure.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Mac Computers, Property Management System, and Mac computer functions including calendar.
Education/Experience:
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
