What You'll Do :
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using our systems.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and setting a positive tone for their experience.
- Assist with answering phones and responding to guest inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
