We're currently seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organized Lead Host/Hostess to help oversee our front desk operations and set the tone for hospitality excellence. What You'll Do:
Greet guests with genuine warmth and a welcoming attitude
Manage and oversee the host stand and reservation system (OpenTable or similar)
Coordinate table seating and waitlists efficiently and strategically
Support and guide the host team, ensuring smooth front door operations during peak hours
Communicate clearly with management and service staff to maintain a seamless flow
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host area
Assist with training new hosts and providing ongoing support and coaching
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a host or guest-facing role (lead or supervisor experience a plus)
A guest-first mindset and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience with reservation/host management software preferred
Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays
