What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Wedding Coordinator position at The Wheeler House?
- To schedule and conduct planning meetings with brides
- Create wedding processional, timeline, and floor plans
- Set up for ceremony/receptions
- Ensure clean up of property is done after events
- Coordinate vendor arrival times
- Scheduling and conduction rehearsals
- Giving tours of the venue as needed
- Flexibility to work holiday weekends
- Must have weekend availability
- Be a team player
- Have access to personal computer
