Job Description
The White Dove Barn is located 15 minutes south of Murfreesboro. We are a fast paced all-inclusive venue hosting over 110 events per year with a team of over 30 employees. We are searching for an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and is sales driven. This marketing and sales role will be responsible for generating leads and interacting with newly engaged couples who want to tour our facility. Your primary goal is to provide each prospective couple with a luxury experience from the first interaction all the way to their wedding day. This qualified candidate must also be proficient with maintaining our social media on all platforms while engaging with followers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update brochures, packages, pricing, website, and photos as needed
- Follow up on new event inquiries
- Provide venue tours to potential clients and vendors
- Setup photo booth for upcoming weddings
- Place weekly supply orders
- Follow up on missing contracts etc.
- Update vendor list as needed
- Maintain inventory of linens & decor
- Ensure venue car is washed/ full of gas for events
Marketing
- Must be proficient in making graphics through Canva or Photoshop
- Facebook, Instagram, Google ads
- Create daily marketing plan for social media posts on all platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Proven experience in social media with the following platforms: Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and YouTube
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of tracking metrics and analyzing data
- Has the desire to gain followers and engagement through our social platforms
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Feel comfortable speaking in front of small groups of people
Salary / Benefits / Schedule
- Based on experience
- Paid vacation after 90 days
- Full-time - Wednesday - Saturday
