The Bar Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the bar's operations, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, banquet and events, and ensuring the establishment complies with health, safety, and licensing regulations. This position works hand and hand with the chef and events coordinator to ensure all guest needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Hire, train, and supervise bartenders, servers, barbacks, and banquet team members.
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staff coverage for peak hours and events.
- Provide ongoing training on cocktail preparation, customer service, and safety practices.
- Maintain employee performance and offer feedback, coaching, and discipline as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure that patrons are greeted and served promptly and courteously.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

- Inventory Control:

- Financial Management:
