• Busser: $10.50/hour tips
• Host: $16.00/hour

Hours:

• Sun-Thu: 5pm - 11pm
• Fri-Sat: 5pm - 12am

Established in 2018, The White Rabbit is Gilbert's first and original speakeasy, located below ground in the historic Heritage Court building. We offer an elegant, Prohibition-era experience with a focus on handcrafted cocktails and an innovative small bites menu.

As a Busser/Host, you will be an ambassador of our brand, ensuring each guest has an extraordinary experience. If you have a great attitude, a passion for exceptional guest service, and the ability to thrive with minimal direction, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and promptly seat guests with exceptional customer service.
• Assist servers with guests.
• Set tables with glasses and other supplies.
• Promptly clean tables, chairs, and booths.
• Complete side work before and after shifts.
• Run food and drinks throughout the bar.
• Inspect bathrooms every 30 minutes.
• Use walkie-talkie etiquette to communicate effectively with team members throughout the shift.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as needed.

Qualifications:

• A passion and strong commitment to hospitality.
• Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or customer service position.
• Positive, energetic, "can-do" attitude and spirit.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication with team members and guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with OpenTable software is a plus.
• Must obtain a food handler's card.
