Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during events or busy periods.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol handling.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including banquet settings and kitchen collaboration.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience using POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
