We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their beverage choices.
- Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure seamless service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills during peak hours to ensure timely service.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and processing transactions.
