The Role:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead the continued growth of an established business that designs and manufacturers technologies for the aluminum sector (typically casthouse processes). This role will focus on the US market, working mainly with Secondary aluminum production facilities where their established technologies help drive efficiencies in production and environmental targets.
As the Regional Sales Manager it will be your job to develop their existing customer base as well as open up new opportunities across the region.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Implement and deliver against sales plans ·
- Estimate sales volume and gross profits for current and new products
- Monitor competitors’ products, including relevant sales and provide marketing data
- Attend conferences and exhibitions to promote products

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Generating sales leads
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations
- Preparing monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Manage and update CRM database
- Assist other sales team members where necessary to close opportunities outside of their territories
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
