The Whites Group Inc. is an industry leading security company providing services to the U.S. Government. The company is currently seeking to hire Security Guards - Unarmed for a federal contract at Fort Meade, MD
Looking for part time weekend availability. First, second, and third shift availability.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and provide written and oral status reports on specialized security equipment to include but not limited to x-ray machines, metal detectors, electronic security system components, handheld, and fixed detectors.
- Perform access control by verifying and validating requested permissions to enter/exit all identified access control points.
- Perform security related administrative duties identified within the SOP at all identified facility access control points.
- Perform key control, access control measures, patrols and procedures.
- Validate the security of access points leading into restricted/classified areas.
- Perform magnetometer and x-ray inspections at the entry control points IAW post orders and client policy
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Dept. of Defense Security Clearance : Secret (or higher)
- 21 Years of age or over
- Vaccinated for Covid 19
- Must be US citizen (native born or naturalized)
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent or higher education
- Able to pass a physical exam/drug screen
- Must have a clean record for a federal background investigation
- Speak and be literate in English to the extent of writing, reading and understanding printed regulations, orders, instructions, etc.
Pay
Total compensation is $26.20 per hour*
*Total payroll $21.50/ hr base $4.70 H&W benefit for your first 40 hours per week (health insurance contribution or 401K deposit, may also be added to your payroll)
