What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at The Whitewind Company?
We currently have an open position for an experienced Office Administrator.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage customer communication via phone, email and scheduling platforms (Outlook).
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling project details
- Prepare and process reports, documents, and presentations, monthly newsletter
- Support office management tasks (ordering supplies, coordinating office events, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and other company events
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, mailing, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements for the position are:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Proficiency and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Critical and analytical problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to learn and implement new task (as needed)
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Previous experience in office management or with client-facing roles is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
