Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Experience of minimum of 2 years in financial statement auditing is preferred. Experience with not-for-profits is beneficial. CPA license is required. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. Salary commensurate based on years of experience and applicable audit technical expertise.
You will have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
· Manage audit projects from start to finish.
· Identify audit risk(s) and build an appropriate audit plan.
· Develop clear documentation for support of the audit opinion.
· Review work of staff accountants for quality and accuracy.
· Communicate effectively with clients through verbal, non-verbal, written, and visual communication to build trust and rapport.
Experience with CCH Engagement or similar audit documentation software is beneficial
