What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Crew Chief position at The Whole Blooming Landscape?
We are looking for a high-energy, self-starter to be
our Installation Crew Chief.
This is a full-time, working position. You will physically be doing the work while supervising other workers on job sites. You must have actual supervisory experience with a proven track record of being able to train and supervise others.
We are looking for someone who can read landscape design plans, layout beds and set up plants. You will be responsible for plant purchasing and job tracking. Basic knowledge of plant care and the ability to identify local trees, shrubs, flowers and weeds are part of the job. Basic irrigation and lighting repair are also required. We are willing to provide training for a qualified candidate.
- A valid U.S. driver's license and a good driving record
- Pesticide license and bilingual - a plus.
- Work hours are Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or later.
- As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance, paid vacation days and four paid holidays per year.
