Market-leading global food manufacturer is currently in search of an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in canned food / pouched food / retort / thermal processing to join its team within its growing, state-of-the-art plant in Memphis, TN . Prior experience as a Maintenance Manager within a canned foods / LACF facility or similar high-risk, ready-to-eat environment with heavy automation and robotics is absolutely essential .
Primary responsibilities :
- Hands-on leadership of the maintenance team within a rapidly-expanding plant business unit, including management of salaried supervisors and skilled hourly maintenance technicians responsible for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance in a highly-automated manufacturing operation
- Continue to drive and influence continuous improvement and safety cultureswithin the operation
- Work closely with senior plant leadership in the areas of budgeting, capital expense planning, project management, asset management, and inventory control
Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity :
