Global food manufacturing company is currently in search of a bilingual (English / Spanish) Sr. Project Engineer to join its team in its facility in Memphis, TN . The Sr. Project Engineer will support the company's aggressive growth plans in the design, management, and successful startup of capital projects related to plant expansions, upgrades, and further automation of the plant’s manufacturing production lines.
This is a permanent, direct hire role and will be ON-SITE full-time in Memphis, TN. Strong relocation package available.
Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity :
- You MUST HAVE a BS Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Strong preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual English / Spanish
- You MUST HAVE at least 5 years of project engineering / project management experience in the design and installation of automated manufacturing equipment, preferably food processing and / or food packaging systems or related machinery
- You must have excellent computer and systems skills, including Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD. SAP experience is also a big plus.
- PMP Certification is a plus
- You must be willing to travel as needed. Travel is estimated to be 20%, but most projects will be located onsite in Memphis, especially for the first 12-18 months
- You must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
