As a member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing community events, programming, and specials at The Wigwam resort. This involves developing engaging events and activities that align with the resort's brand and enhance the guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include researching trends in the hospitality sector, brainstorming event concepts, analyzing existing events for opportunities, designing and executing community events, coordinating logistics, and identifying partnerships with local organizations and businesses. You will also work closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager to develop promotional strategies and create content for promotional materials.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for future planning. You will also need to maintain accurate financial records, oversee vendor payments, and ensure that all physical and digital menus are current and accurate.
