The Wild Flora Bakery in Cle Elum, WA is looking for one cafe crew to join our 4 person strong team. We are located on 110 South Oakes Avenue Suite 150. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

The candidate must be punctual, trustworthy, consistent, and willing to collaborate with business owners. Additionally, they should be able to follow simple instructions with ease.

Candidates must be reliable. Please do not apply if you have a history of inconsistencies or frequent absences.

As part of our hiring process, we kindly ask for three reliable references from previous employers or teachers. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to move forward without them.

Candidates must have experience in coffee preparation and food handling.

The candidate must be available to work weekends and, if necessary, weekdays. They should also be open to learning about Asian,

Latin, and Caribbean cuisines, as well as different methods of preparing coffee and matcha.

The pay is $20-23 per hour, which includes base pay ($16.66 / hr) plus tips, after taxes, working with a small, dedicated team.
