Part Time Client Experience Assistant - Local Only

Help Wanted! I am looking for an experienced part-time "client happiness manager" for my digital marketing business. That is the unofficial title.

I am a digital strategist and build marketing systems for my clients. They are business owners, and they have hired me to make their online presence look and feel amazing. Whether it is a beautiful website, or a solid leads management system, digital marketing, or giant signs for their construction projects, we make sure people know that they are reputable experts in their field.

Here is the motto I run my business on. It is very entrepreneurial:

I believe my clients are a force, 100% dedicated to their vision. My job is to do my part to make that vision possible. I mostly help my clients take care of their clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I need someone who can help me with the client support side of our business, making sure that our clients feel special and supported on their journey. This will allow me to focus on the technical side of the work that we do. Someone who can be a guide from when our client first reaches out, to after our project is done, staying in communication along the way. I also need help with taking care of me...making sure that I have the information and support that I need to support our clients. I like to attend client meetings over-prepared, so that I am ready to answer any questions that come up.

I would love to work with a Bay Area mom who is wanting to keep her digital marketing skills and resume current. This is not a position for someone new to marketing. it is also not a position for someone who isn’t tech savvy. You need to have had experience doing marketing of some kind, and to be very comfortable using a wide range of apps and software. Let me know if you are new to marketing, I have other opportunities for you to learn.

HOURS AND LOCATION

Hours are flexible depending on your schedule, but need to be between 9-5, M-F. Also once per week or every other week in-person meeting in Marin is important.

SKILLS NEEDED:

You absolutely need be savvy moving around on software such as MailChimp, PowerPoint, Acuity, CRM's (any will do), Excel, WordPress, etc. You don't need to know them all, but need to have experience working with lots of different apps, so are able to learn new ones quickly. Here are the main software/apps we use for our own business in client management. We use dozens of others for graphics, analytics, and for our clients, but you will not need to know them unless you decide to.

- ClickUp

- HubSpot - we may switch CRMs

- Honeybook

- PowerPoint

- Spreadsheets - Excel & Google Sheets

- Google Docs & Google Drive

Here are some of the tasks that you will be doing. This may sound very dry, but we have very nice clients who are respectful and appreciative of us. They know that we are fully dedicated to helping them succeed. You will have amazing projectsvto add to your portfolio.

- Setting up meetings

- Check-In Calls

- Ordering and possibly delivering gifts

- Attending Client Zoom Meetings

- Attending photo shoots

- Attending virtual team meetings 1-2 times per week

- Communicating with clients on my behalf

- Helping with research to help our clients

- Writing and sending out emails and newsletters

- Contributing to ideas for how to help our clients

- Identifying areas that you would like to focus on and learn about

- Giving suggestions for how we can do even better

- Learn digital strategy methodology, data analysis or some other aspect of marketing

Optional:

- Creating Social Media content

- Posting on social platforms

- Some other function that you feel passionate about
