Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager – Dallas, TX
The Wilhite Law Firm is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Dallas office. We need a highly skilled professional with at least 3 years of case management experience in auto-related personal injury who understands the entire case process and can hit the ground running. This role requires someone who understands the entire case process and can effectively manage cases with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a high-volume caseload of auto accident personal injury cases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing questions
- Gather, review, and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to ensure case progress
- Draft and send demand letters
- Maintain detailed case notes, verify and document all client injuries, damages, and other losses to be presented for maximum recovery.
- Ensure all deadlines and court requirements are met
