About the Role : The distinguished Wilhite Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team, focusing on personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of litigation experience, with a minimum of two years in personal injury law and demonstrable trial experience. This role is ideal for a driven attorney with strong analytical skills, exceptional legal acumen, and a commitment to advocating for clients in complex cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Representation : Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings, to ensure their interests are vigorously protected.
- Legal Research & Advisory : Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal counsel, advising clients on the best course of action based on case specifics.
- Document Drafting : Draft, review, and file critical legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, tailored to achieve favorable case outcomes.
- Settlement Negotiation : Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, balancing assertiveness with a strategic approach to reach advantageous resolutions.
- Depositions & Mediations : Attend and lead depositions and mediations, collaborating closely with clients to prepare and present their case.
- Caseload Management : Oversee a dynamic caseload, managing deadlines and deliverables with precision.
