What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position at The Will-Burt Company?
- Communicates directly with customers through verbal and written skill using E-mail, customer portals and other similar devices
- Transcribes orders to an electronic order entry system
- Enters orders and special requests in a timely fashion
- Prepares, enters and tracks work order requests
- Provides customer quotes for repairs, parts and subsystems through CRM
- Maintains customer files and documents in accordance with ISO procedures
- Coordinates necessary customer information to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Processes product returns, repairs and credits
- Solicits additional company business (repairs) when the opportunity presents itself
- Responds to customer concerns in a constructive manner
- Supports Electronic Data Interface (EDI) order processing and backup
- Utilizes company computer systems
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associates degree or 2 to 3 years experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical/mechanical experience a plus.
