What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door Attendant position at The Will?
The Will is seeking friendly and responsible individuals to join our team as Door Staff/Attendants! You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming entry. We have part-time positions available with varying shifts during our business hours: Wednesday - Friday, 4:00 PM - Midnight; Saturday, 12:00 PM - 1:00 AM; and Sunday, 11:00 AM - Midnight.
Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting customers as they arrive at The Will.
- Accurately scanning IDs to verify age.
- Placing wristbands on eligible guests.
- Accepting payments for entry or cover charges.
- Efficiently using hand-held devices for scanning and payment processing.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Ensuring a safe and orderly entry process.

- Friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills.
- Responsible and able to handle cash accurately.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures.
- Comfortable using basic technology (hand-held scanners/payment devices).
- Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
