What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at The Will?
The Will is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Worker to help keep our venue in excellent condition. This is a Monday - Friday position, offering consistent daytime hours.
Responsibilities include a variety of maintenance and upkeep tasks, such as but not limited to:
- Performing sheetrock repair and patching.
- Completing minor painting projects.
- Fixing and repairing tables and chairs.
- Building or assembling various items as needed.
- Handling typical maintenance and upkeep tasks throughout the property.
- Assisting with HVAC cleaning and filter changes.
- Troubleshooting and fixing broken items.
- Other related maintenance duties as required.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in general maintenance and repair.
- Skilled in basic carpentry and handyman tasks.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
