Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Anthony Ricco are seeking dedicated and passionate PASTA COOKS to join the back-of-house team of The William Vale.

Ideal candidates possess:
- Have excellent knife skills.
- Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
- Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
- Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
- Prepare and execute key components of dishes while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Support their fellow cooks.
