The William Warren Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Office Manager at our RV Park location. This position is responsible for maintaining office organization, adhering to company SOPs and industry BMPs, and facilitating the day-to-day operations of the park under the direction of the General Manager.
- Provide oversight and assistance to office staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and other ancillary employees.
- Ensure effective communication with customers in person, via phone, or email, while providing outstanding customer service and representing the brand positively and professionally at all times.
- Draft, assign, and document service requests/work orders efficiently, courteously, and in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to company calls, including prioritization of service requests and schedules.
- Clean, organize, and assist in preparing buildings, cabins, grounds, and common areas as needed.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the office and storage areas.
- Manage office, resale, asset, equipment, and supply inventory.
- Schedule, plan, and train seasonal camp workers and interns to meet senior management standards.
- Collaborate in creating, directing, and executing RVP sales and marketing strategies to yield desired financial results.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years preferred management experience in maintaining office organization, adherence to company SOPs and industry BMPs, and facilitating day-to-day operations.
- Degree in Hospitality/Recreation/Tourism Management preferred.
- RV Park/Resort Experience preferred.
- Campspot Software Experience preferred.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including active listening.
- Relationship skills: ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships – both internal and external.
