We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Independent Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling insurance products. You will work independently to develop your client base, manage client relationships, and ensure that clients receive the best possible coverage tailored to their needs. This position offers the flexibility of working on your own schedule while being part of a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products and services
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy issuance
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements
- Handle benefits administration and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, enhancing your ability to serve diverse clientele
- Experience in insurance sales or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes and regulations
