- Have two years leasing, sales or customer service/sales experience.

This position requires:
- Weekdays, 9am - 6pm (half day of weekday OFF)
- Saturday, 10am - 2pm (4 hours on Saturday), for 23 Saturdays/year. Saturdays are split with leasing agent.
- 40 hours per week
- Dependable vehicle for transportation to, from, and around property
- Smartphone with data plan
- Proficiency in computers, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone, Internet, written, and in-person communications
- Credit and Criminal Background Report
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- No tobacco use
Job Duties include:
- Leading friendly, upbeat, and informative apartment and community tours
- Assisting in Property Manager duties as needed
- Develop and maintain strong professional prospect and resident relationships
- Foster community engagement through events and resident interactions
- Handle move-ins and move-outs
- Resolve resident disputes, concerns, and questions
- Prepare and execute lease agreements
- Follow all Fair Housing Laws and Regulations and maintain Fair Housing Certification
- Collaborate with Property Manager, Maintenance Team, and all Management Company staff to meet performance goals and expectations set by Property Owner.
- Abide by The Williams Company, LLC’s Drug and Alcohol Policy and code of conduct as outlined in Employment Agreement.

Pay: $59,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
