As the Property Manager of The Villas of Emerald Woods Townhomes, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering strong relationships with residents and prospective tenants, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and market-ready. Your role will focus on maximizing occupancy, enhancing resident satisfaction, and upholding high property standards through effective leasing, retention strategies, and proactive maintenance coordination.

Your Role as Property Manager:
As a highly organized and proactive leader, you will:
- Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by ensuring high occupancy rates through proactive leasing, relationship-building, and retention efforts.
- Oversee daily operations, including handling leasing inquiries, scheduling move-ins/move-outs, managing inspections, and coordinating maintenance.
- Lead and manage staff and vendors by maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and maintenance teams to keep the property in top condition.
- Stay on top of maintenance and repairs by prioritizing work orders, scheduling timely repairs, and ensuring resident concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Ensure compliance and handle disputes by managing lease violations, policy enforcement, and dispute resolution with professionalism and efficiency.
- Organize resident engagement activities, including planning community events, social media engagement, and promotions to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize technology and data for success by leveraging property management software to track leases, payments, and maintenance requests efficiently.
- Monitor and improve the property's online reputation by managing resident reviews and feedback to maintain a strong online presence and positive community reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader in property management with a minimum of two years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, schedule vendors, track deadlines, and maintain compliance.
- A leasing and sales pro with strong sales skills and a track record of closing leases and retaining residents.
- Excellent communicator and problem-solver with the ability to de-escalate disputes, resolve resident concerns, and build strong community relationships.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, comfortable using property management software, online leasing tools, and social media to attract and retain residents.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, a natural problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
