We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our high-speed plant operations in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Manage and maintain high-speed packaging lines, including troubleshooting and programming PLCs
- Liaise with colleagues to resolve issues and improve workflow
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food and/or beverage industry, preferably with high-speed packaging
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance and electrical systems
- Degree preferred; exceptional candidates without degrees will be considered
