- Concept Validation: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams (both internal and external) to validate product concepts and provide expert advice.
- Process Development: Create, manage, and take ownership of the commercialization process, using a "stage-gate" model for product development.
- Product Launch: Oversee the coordination of product launch activities across all departments, ensuring a seamless transition from development to commercialization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and guide cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, quality assurance, production, supply chain, customers, and third-party partners, to ensure smooth product transitions from development to manufacturing.
- Pilot Testing: Organize and supervise initial production runs to evaluate scalability, identify challenges, and make adjustments before full-scale production.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory standards and safety guidelines, managing the necessary documentation and approvals for manufacturing.
- Project Management: Develop detailed commercialization plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments, to guarantee on-time market entry.
