- Provide deep expertise in dairy product development and process technologies, contributing to product evolution across various dairy categories.
- Collaborate in the setup of pilot processes and scale-up initiatives, ensuring that conceptual ideas translate into viable commercial products.
- Develop and refine product formulas and processes that meet evolving business and innovation needs.
- Independently manage and execute projects related to new and improved products, driving progress from concept to delivery.
- Identify and develop innovative solutions to enhance the functionality and quality of dairy products.
- Work across multiple teams to identify new opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

- Over 10 years of experience in product development, particularly within the dairy sector.

- Strong understanding of product formulation, industrial processes, and ingredient functionality.
- Familiarity with dairy chemistry and complex food systems.
- Skilled in project management, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
