Willow Rides Driver – Job Description
Job Type: Part-time // On-Call, Flexible schedule both Days and Evenings
Salary: $12-$15 per hour
Education: Candidates must have at least a high school diploma.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow and maintain a schedule of pick-ups and drop-offs with clients each day.
- Drive clients to/from The Willow Center.
- Display hospitality to guests and clients, exhibiting a willingness to create a meaningful and uniquely better experience for our clients.
- Maintain professional boundaries with clients.
- Maintain company vehicle records.
- Address gas levels, maintenance problems or routines, and cleanliness in both vehicles.
- Display positivity and a willingness to encourage team morale.
- Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver’s License for the State of Indiana, and a clear driving record.
- Must have some experience working as a driver (either professionally or rideshare company).
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evening hours.
- Must enjoy working with the public, have great communication skills, be well organized, be flexible, be patient, and be willing to learn.
- Must participate in and contribute to a team work philosophy.
- Must complete and pass a full Indiana State Police criminal background check.
- Must possess basic First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to get certified within 6 months of hire.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
