We are looking to Welcome an Executive Director to Lead our Family at The Willows in Oxford, FL

Joining Us:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to oversee all operations, functions and activities of an assisted living community. You will be the face of the organization, responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high-quality vision. An excellent executive director is an influential manager with ability to lead and motivate. They have great communication skills and take a positive approach in managing the organization’s operations. The goal is to manage and lead the organization towards the realization of our mission, "Living Your Best" every day. Must demonstrate a passion for working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching, leading by example
- Ensure the residents health and wellbeing
- Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans
- Forge and maintain relationships of trust with referral sources, partners and professionals
- Act as the representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
- Acquire understanding of the financial management of the organization, meeting or exceeding budgeted goals
Skills
- Proven experience as executive director
- Regulatory compliance understanding
- Experience in developing strategies and plans
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Capable of "out-of-the-box" thinking to solve problems.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent Communication (oral and written) skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current state certification/license
- Previous administrative experience 2-5 years required.
- Adaptability and flexibility with hours and off hours
