Key Responsibilities
As our Activities Director, you will:
- Plan, develop, and implement engaging programs that enhance residents' physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Lead and mentor Community Enrichment Assistants and volunteers.
- Assess residents' needs to create personalized and meaningful activities.
- Ensure a vibrant and inclusive environment that promotes community involvement.
- Uphold Inspirit’s mission and values while fostering a culture of joy and connection.
Position Details
- Reports To: Executive Director
- Supervises: Community Enrichment Assistants & Volunteers
- Interacts With: Residents, staff, families, and community partners
- Weekend MOD rotation required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as an Activities Director in a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
- Computer proficiency and scheduling flexibility.
- Pre-employment drug test and TB test required.
