Job Title: Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer, and document medications as per health campus policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Ensure all medications brought into the health campus by new residents are examined and identified by the attending physician, facility pharmacy, or pharmacist.
- Create a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues alike.
Requirements
- Certification through the Ohio Board of Nursing (OBN) as a QMA or CMA.
- Experience as a QMA or CMA in long-term care or home care setting is preferred.
