What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Healthcare Professional position at The Willows at Bellevue?
Trilogy is a close-knit team that's walking the walk when it comes to caring for our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse at The Willows at Bellevue, you will contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses. You will administer medications and observe patients to ensure they don't have adverse reactions.
As a valued member of our team, you will perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services. Your role also includes educating patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care. You will identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe, taking corrective action as appropriate.
The benefits of working at Trilogy are numerous: competitive salaries and weekly pay, student loan repayment, scholarships, and tuition reimbursement. You'll enjoy health, dental, vision, and life insurance from the first month after your start date, plus wage increases every quarter. We offer 401(k) matching, free meals with every full shift, and bonuses for attendance, referrals, gas, and more. You'll also receive shift differentials with 8- and 12-hour shifts available, free CEUs, monthly employee celebrations, and a fully vaccinated team (with accommodations for religious/medical reasons).
At Trilogy, we create relationships that mean something. Our LPNs build meaningful connections with colleagues and residents, making every day special. From nursing to food service to housekeeping, careers here are rewarding due to the consistent people you meet, work with, and get to know.
