Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Health Services is responsible for assisting the Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department.
The primary responsibilities include coordinating with the Director to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team, as well as assisting in implementing our clinical staffing model and participating in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
The role also involves performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary, and providing direct nursing care as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- 0-1 years of experience
- Current, valid state RN license
- Current valid CPR certification
