As an LPN at Trilogy, you will:
- Contribute to patient assessments in collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and their families on disease treatment plans, self-care, holistic health needs, and follow-up care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe, taking corrective action as needed
What Qualifications Do We Look For?
To join our team, candidates must have the following qualifications:
- BLS Provider obtained within one month of hire date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date
- High school diploma or GED
