Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do when you join us:
- Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients’ needs.
- Administer medications while monitoring patients for potential side effects.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge and holistic health needs.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety.
Requirements
- Hold a valid BLS Provider certification within one month of hire date or job transfer date.
- Be a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with a current license prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
