Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Per Diem NIGHT SHIFT
Day shift (11 : 30PM - 7 : 30AM)
Per Diem requirement : One Weekend per month

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description :
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Salary : Up to $40 an hour
