In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, administering, and documenting medications used across our health campus. You will also maintain resident records and ensure that all medications brought into the facility by new residents are examined and identified by the attending physician or pharmacist.
We are seeking candidates who possess a strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication skills. A Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide) is required, and experience in a long-term care or home care setting is a plus.
